Bruce Taragin: Bruce is a managing director at Blumberg Capital. He has more than 28 years of experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker and corporate attorney. Prior to joining Blumberg Capital, Bruce co-founded and held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Bruce also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & Quist, Mayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company. A native of New York, Bruce earned his B.A. in finance and communications, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and his MBA and J.D. from Fordham University. Bruce serves as a member or observer on the board of directors of BioCatch, Braze, Coverhound, Databand, FundGuard, Katapult, Medigate, Nexla, Parse.ly, SAM, SeaLights, and WorkJam. He also chairs the VC Circle for the UJA-Federation of New York, and is an adjunct professor at Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business and the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
Terry Williams: Mr. Williams is a business consultant with extensive expertise in the development, approval, and commercialization of medical devices. He is the Founder and CEO of a start-up medical device and software company that successfully designed, manufactured, and received FDA approval on 3 clinical devices. His company also developed and received 5 US Patents with successful acute care product offerings to Kinetic Concepts (KCI), General Electric Medical Systems, Baxter Healthcare, and Philips Medical Systems. He currently directs a medical device company that distributes negative pressure wound therapy devices and support surfaces for KCI.
Jonathan Kusko, JD, LLM: Retired from practice of law. Formerly a partner at Stroock and Stroock and Lavan LLC where he specialized in federal income tax law with an emphasis on taxation of investment funds and pass-through entities.
